  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and local conditions.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on eligible products or promotional campaigns.

3. International Shipping

  • Japkart ships to selected countries worldwide.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service.
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier's tracking service.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to Japkart. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Japkart is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier operational delays

Japkart is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
